If you are interested in participating as a neutral (conciliator) in court-connected alternative dispute resolution programs, but have not yet been SJC Rule 8 certified, a training and certification seminar is approaching. On Thursday, October 8, 2015 from 8:30am to 5:00pm, an interactive and well developed seminar by Attorney Eugene Nigro and Attorney Michael Merriam will provide the necessary training and a certification that will allow you to act as a neutral in any Massachusetts court-connected conciliation-type program. 

The training seminar will be held on Thursday, October 8, 2015, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., at the Bar Advocates Office, 221 Essex Street, 3rd Floor, Salem, MA and will cost a total of $25 for food and materials.  Download the attached flyer for more information and a registration form.
