ALIMONY REFORM

Effective March 1, 2012, a major change in Massachusetts becomes law.

The change is broadsweeping and it is receiving national attention.

This is critical information for family law practitioners.

We are fortunate to offer Honorable Amy L. Blake, Essex Probate and Family Court, and Joyce Perocchi, Attorney at Law, Perocchi Family Law Group, LLP, North Andover, Massachusetts, as our speakers.

Please join us at Andolini's Restaurant, 19 Essex Street, Andover on Thursday, October 27, 2011. Socializing begins at 4:30 pm, with the presentation on Alimony Reform by Judge Blake and Attorney Perocchi, beginning at 5:00 pm.

If you are not yet a member of the Lawrence Bar Association, now is the time to join! We will provide appetizers and education, free! There will be a cash bar.

Let us know if you plan to join us for this event, so that we will have enough food and materials on hand. Please respond to Carol-Ann Fraser – catf@fraserlaw.net or 978-475-1200.
